Sandton Commercial Tower

Full structural demolition of a 6-storey commercial office building in the heart of Sandton. The project required careful planning to protect adjacent live structures and minimise disruption to surrounding businesses.

Completed in 18 working days with zero safety incidents, full debris removal, and site handed over development-ready.

PROJECT 2

Kempton Park Manufacturing Plant

Large-scale demolition of a decommissioned 14,000m² manufacturing facility including asbestos roof removal, structural steel salvage, concrete breaking, and full site clearance.

All hazardous materials were handled and disposed of in full compliance with environmental regulations.

PROJECT 3

Centurion Residential Estate

Demolition of 22 residential units across a 3.2-hectare estate to make way for a new mixed-use development.
Required careful sequencing to maintain road access and protect existing boundary walls throughout the project.

Recycled: 75% of all demolition material

PROJECT 4

Parow Industrial Warehouse

Demolition of a 8,500m² warehouse and cold storage facility including removal of refrigeration infrastructure, underground drainage systems, and reinforced concrete flooring slabs.
Site fully rehabilitated and handed over within schedule.

PROJECT 5

Durban Harbourside Silos

Specialised demolition of 6 grain silos standing at 28m height each, located adjacent to an active harbour facility.
Required controlled sequential demolition with strict noise, dust, and vibration management throughout.

Volume: 9,400 tonnes of material removed
Recycled: 61% of all demolition material
Safety: Zero incidents

PROJECT 6

Midrand Office Park

Demolition of 4 commercial buildings within an active office park, combined with full site clearing of 5.8 hectares of land for a new logistics hub development.
Phased approach maintained partial site access for remaining tenants throughout the project.
